    Unlock new neural pathways, tap into unique strengths, talents, and personality, and bring more of yourself to work and life with a transformational experience combining gentle and easy-to-learn dance steps with some reflective coaching.

    Available for remote and in person team building events or retreats.

    Recommended for abled bodies and limited-ability bodies. Sensitive and accommodating to different comfort levels - the extent of movement is determined by the individual.
