Together we ignite internal sparks
I am Jenn Todling, and I believe the true purpose of work is to express the soul.
Things that light my soul on fire include writing, ballroom dancing, reading bedtime stories with my daughter, and traveling the world.
I believe in Soul. Passion. Connection. Empathy. & Kindness.
I hold myself and those I work with to these beliefs by encouraging the following action and reflection:
Be a pop of color in a sea of gray.
Express yourself.
Are you present?
Make a million generous assumptions.
Give people an inspirational experience.
Short and sweet bio:
With a past life as an audit partner at EY and a stint at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, my journey to become an author, speaker and coach embodies the power of transformation.
Now, I help leaders and teams bring more soul into their work and live aligned with what truly matters.
As a leadership coach and instructor at the University of Denver and in my private practice, I partner with clients who want to lead with authenticity, courage, and heart.
I believe it’s never too late to go after your dreams - Recently, I published my first book and graduated with my master’s degree in my 40’s.
When I’m not writing, coaching or dancing, you can find me hiking the Rocky Mountains in my hometown of Boulder, Colorado with my husband (aka dance partner) and mini-me daughter.
“People will forget what you said, they will forget what you did, but they will never forget the way you made them feel.”
